Selma has been my home for more than 25 years, this is where my wife and I have built our lives, raised our children, and invested our time and energy into the community we love. We are blessed to have a son in middle school and a daughter in high school, both in SUSD. Like many families in Selma, we care deeply about the quality of education, safety, and opportunities available to our children.
Education and service have always guided my path. I hold dual master’s degrees in business administration and public health, which have prepared me to approach leadership with both fiscal responsibility and a strong focus on community well-being. These degrees have shaped my commitment to making thoughtful, data-driven decisions that would benefit both our economy and the health of our residents.
I currently serve on the School Site Council, where I work alongside the parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure that our students receive the best possible education. In addition, I am proud to serve in oversight roles for Measure L and Measure O, ensuring that taxpayers’ dollars are used wisely, responsibly, transparently, and effectively for the improvements of our schools and community infrastructures.
My involvement is driven by a deep belief in accountability, transparency, and service. I believe that strong leadership begins with listening, working collaboratively, and always putting the needs of our community first. Selma deserves leaders who are accessible, dedicated, and committed to building a stronger future for everyone. Like many of you, I care deeply about safe neighborhoods, strong local business, good jobs, and the city government that listens and responds to its people. I am committed to bringing accountability leadership, fiscal responsibility, and practical solutions to the challenges this community faces.
It would be my honor to continue serving Selma and to earn your trust and support. Together, we can work to strengthen our schools, grow our economy, improve public safety, and build a united, thriving community.
